Clients can complete a partial profile.

Clients specify if they prefer to be contacted by Phone or Email.

Make contact with your new Client immediately to help them fill out their profile information.

how CLIENTS ARE MATCHED TO STYLISTS

Clients that want to work with a specific Stylist can select that Stylist during the signup process.

Clients who join without a Clients who join without a Stylist in mind are now immediately matched to a Stylist from the Client Matching Pool.

•• Clients will be able to view multiple Stylists’ profiles and choose a Stylist based on one of their current Looks and their basic Profile information. Make sure you regularly update your Lookbooks! The more you update your Lookbooks, the higher higher your chances of being selected by new Clients.

• To be eligible for the Client Matching Pool you must sell $350+ per month OR achieve Elite Stylist status in our 2014-2015 program, which will be announced on our National Sales Call on April 8th.

If Your New Client Requested Phone Contact

Her phone number will be below her name on the profile page

Along with her preferred time of day

Give her a call within 48 hours

It is critical that Stylists follow up with new Clients right away. It is key to build a close relationship with your Clients and to take their requests seriously.

If there is no way for you to call them within 48 hours, send them a quick email thanking them for signing up and letting them know when you will give them a call.

Have a list of questions ready for her

You can fill out her profile for her while you chat It is best to be natural and let the conversation flow

You really want to get to know your client

IF YOUR CLIENT ANSWERS THE PHONE:

STYLIST: Hello, I’m [Your Name]- a Keaton Row Stylist. I’m calling for [Client Name].

CLIENT: Hi, I’m [Client Name].

STYLIST: [Client Name], it’s so nice to meet you! I’m excited to help you to build your ideal

wardrobe. Do you have a few minutes to chat and get started?

CLIENCLIENT: Yes!

STYLIST: Great. To give you a little background, I’m a Keaton Row Stylist based in [Your

Location] and [Personal details on why you became a stylist, your favorite part of working with

clients, etc.]. I would love to learn more about you so that I can tailor your Looks based on your

needs.

If Your New Client Requested Email Contact

Her email will be below her name on the profile page. Contact her within 24 hours!

Dear [Client Name],

Thank you for signing up for Keaton Row. I’m your Stylist, [Your

Name]. To give you a little background, I’m based in [Your Location]

and [Personal details on why you became a stylist, your favorite part

of working with clients, etc.].

Before I put together a personalized Lookbook for you, I want to ask

you a few questions about your styling preferences. I'd also be happy to hop

on a quick call to talk through these points. Feel free to let me know some

good times to call you.

Here are some examples, but we encourage you to ask your own questions!

• How would you describe your ideal style?

• Do you have any style icons?

• Do you have a Pinterest board?

• Ask for sizing information, photographs, price points, or anything else

that hasn’t been completed in her profile.

• What are your favorite colors and patterns?

• What do you typically wear to work? What about on weekends?

• Are there any specific pieces you are looking for, or are you hoping for

general, everyday looks?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

If you don’t hear back in 48 hours, reach out again via email.

IF YOU CAN’T REACH YOUR NEW CLIENT:

Try contacting new Clients 2-3 times (wait 24-48 hours in between messages). If they are nonresponsive, you can always email them one of your public Lookbooks to shop from. At this point, wait for her to initiate further contact.
