• The Next button allows you to record Client payments in two ways

• The First button provides an easy method when the Client pays a complete invoice.

•You select the Client from the drop down list and then select the Bill from the list of active Bills provided.

• The Second button provides a method when the Client pays a partial invoice. You can also get to partial payment from Complete Paysments.

• When All of the receipts are records you hit the Print Proof and Close button.
