We are at the start of a new year with the promise of new opportunities to deliver on our commitments as employees of JPS. In 2005 we will continue to focus our energy on increasing operational effec- tiveness and improving the quality of service we offer our customers, while playing our part in Jamaica's development. JPS is fortunate to be blessed with a team of committed employees. The better match- ing of competencies with job requirements through the recent reorganisation, along with the balance brought by the new per- spectives of those who recently joined the team, will signifi- cantly enhance our ability to achieve our goals this year. I want to remind each and every team member that we are all ambassadors of the company and, as such, each individual's contribution will go a long way towards the company's overall improvement in 2005. We must therefore continue working together as one team, and put renewed energy into achieving our vision of providing world-class service for customers. I'd like to thank each team member for his or her input in our performance last year. There were many challenges, which we could not have surmounted without the benefit of teamwork.
