2…SME Fast-Track ServicesEmerging Companies suffer the most with lack of appropriate skills and general lack of knowledge about the various steps needed to develop the company. This results in mistakes being made, money being wasted and delays experienced.

CTechBA takes the load by offering qualified SME’s a Fast-Track Service:-

“A Business Development Turnkey service”

10

1. Due Diligence (Business Review)2. Development Plan (Strategy, Business and

Tactical)3. Governance (Enterprise Management)4. Capital Raising5. Expansion 6. Exit (If wanted - M&A, IPO and Trade Sale)

CTechBA will undertake and manage the process throughout to ensure targets are met. As a result, Capital Raising can often be delayed and therefore owners retain more equity.

3…Sustainability Partner Services

11

Our objective is to match the needs of industry with the capabilities of our Clients and SME Fast-Track companies (Members) and vice versa.

By so doing we seek local and global companies that are looking for reduced carbon solutions and then match them against our Members. If we achieve a match we will then develop the company through our SME Fast-Track process to fulfil the needs of the global company.

We also integrate superior technology and then try and find an appropriate exit for the company and sales channel through our global relationships and agents.

CTechBA will source component technologies and capabilities initially from within its membership and then lead a Prime Contract for the opportunity. CTechBA has in-house skills in Project Management and Systems Engineering to put together a solution using Members and the Planet Rescue Preferred Suppliers.
