What is Classroom Management?Classroom Management refers to handling the class in a way that Students Learning Outcomes could be achieved effectively.Procedures and instructional techniques that are used to establish the classroom environment so that learning can occur. Management strategies are based on understanding how the classroom environment can be used to best accommodate students needs.the process of organizing students, time, space and materials to support meaningful learning.

Why do we need to manage the classroom?Primary purpose is to gain control of the classroom.Good classroom management results in high levels of student engaged time.To Provide a conducive learning Environment to the learners.Best utilization of Classroom time.Social Development by inculcating social skills.

Student benefits:

Students are clear about what is expected of them in every situationStudents have increased access to learningStudents are safe and engaged in learning

Teacher benefits:

Teacher has students who are now ready to learnTeacher saves time that would otherwise be spent in things not linked to learningTeacher feels calm and happy in class
