All candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include: • Post secondary education in areas such as Early Childhood Education, Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field • Management experience is an asset • Child Development Worker (Level 2 or Higher) Certification Required.
