Greg Lillemon presented discussion on a Pictometry imagery fl ight in 2021 and buffer grant funds available, discussion on a shared position with GCSWCD and the Bois de Sioux One Watershed One Plan agreement. A motion was made by Sperr seconded by Troy Johnson and carried to approve the Pic-tometry fl ight in 2021. Approval of the Bois de Sioux One Water-shed One Plan agreement was tabled to the February 16 meeting. Tracey Von Bargen presented the 3-year road improvement plan, 2021 county ditch levies and revised rental rate schedule for ap-proval. A motion was made by Troy Johnson sec-onded by LaValley and carried to approve the 3-year highway improvement plan. A motion was made by LaValley seconded by Sperr and carried to authorize advertising for the CSAH 1/25 project and CSAH 54 proj-ect. A motion was made by Troy Johnson sec-onded by LaValley and carried to authorize advertising for the CSAH 8 project.

A motion was made by Troy Johnson sec-onded by Ken Johnson and carried to adopt a resolution supporting LRIP funds for the CSAH 10 project. A motion was made by LaValley seconded by Sperr and carried to approve the 2021 county ditch levies as follows: County Ditch 1 $2,000.00 County Ditch 3 $20,000.00 County Ditch 5 $5,000.00 County Ditch 8 $15,000.00 County Ditch 11 $30,000.00 County Ditch 15 $5,000.00 County Ditch 21 $20,000.00 County Ditch 22 $1,500.00 County Ditch 29 $15,000.00 County Ditch 33 $7,000.00 A motion was made by Sperr seconded by LaValley and carried to approve the rental rate schedule as presented. Discussion was held on COVID Relief Fund applications and review process. A motion was made by Sperr seconded by LaValley and carried to approve the 2020 au-dit engagement letter with the MN State Audi-tor.
