Kelly KylloThe deputy gave the deputy re-
port. Very quiet month. Only a few 911 hang-ups and just normal door security checks.
Lee Leines gave the water re-port. Water was to be turned off June 12th to repair a water leak in town. Also discussed the cost of automatic water meters and readers for all resi-dents. Matter was tabled at this time. City would pick up the full cost asso-ciated with this if they do it now. The city if losing thousands of gallons of water a year so would make up the cost in correct meter readings. The council also asked for a complete equipment list.
Meeting minutes from May 14, 2019 were read and discussed. Deb Sorsen motioned to accept the min-utes, Carol Kraft second the motion. Motion carried.
Financial information was pre-sented by the Auditor, Doug Tate
motioned to approve the financial information, Deb Sorsen second the motion. Motion carried.
Water, Sewer and Garbage Statement of Accounts were re-viewed. No accounts were past due for disconnect at this time. Brandon Bates motioned to accept the ac-counts, Deb Sorsen second the mo-tion. Motion carried.
Accounts payables were pre-sented by the auditor. Carol Kraft motioned to approve the payments, Doug Tate second the motion, mo-tion carried.
