All persons having such claims must file them asprovided in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Supplemental Rule F(5), withClerk, United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Evansville Divi-sion, and serve on or mail to Petitioner’s attorneys Todd M. Powers,SCHROEDER, MAUNDRELL, BARBIERE & POWERS, 5300 Socialville-Foster Rd.,Suite 200, Mason, Ohio 45040, copies of said claims on or before September21, 2020 or be defaulted.
