- The installation and use ofthe equipment, either partialor total, is restricted to ex-pressly authorized personnelonly.

- It is obligatory to earth themetal frame of the equip-ment.

- It is forbidden to use theequipment in ways other thanthose specied.

- Read the warning and haz-ard notices on the machinecarefully.

- It is forbidden to remove thewarning and hazard noticesfrom the machine.

- It is forbidden to carry outmaintenance, make repairs,modifications or take anymeasures not strictly neces-

sary for the work cycle whenthe equipment is running.First of all, it is necessary todisconnect all power suppliesto the machine.

- It is forbidden to remove theguards and safety devicesfrom the machine.

- It is forbidden to start workwith the guards open, or to

open them during the workcycle.

N.B.: Clean the screw regu-larly with water. The inter-vals are established by theuser as they mainly dependon the product handled, aswell as on the application.Trough and seals mustbe cleaned with particularcare. Prior to use of clean-ing products check withcustomer service.

b) The machine is supplied already completely assembled; therefore, it only needs to be positioned and anchored to thesupporting surface as described earlier, by means of expansion bolts or similar devices. The machine must be anchoredrmly and safely; it is necessary to use anchoring bolts of the specied size for the purpose. The installation with thesuitable support, anchoring and connection systems must be carried out by the user in compliance with the relevant

safety norms.

ERECTIONLift the machine from the reducer side using the special eyes. Position thesupport foot and x it to the trough. Block the machine on the ground.

DISASSEMBLYBefore disassembling the drive unit or the end bearing assemblies of theconveyor make sure that the screw cannot slide out and fall down. To do this,open the cover and/or any inspection hatch and insert a plank ensuring theplank rmly locks in. The drive unit may now be disassembled.IMPORTANT!Before opening the cover and/or inspection hatches, make sure thatthe power supply has been disconnected.

AUFSTELLUNGDas Gert auf der Getrie-beseite mittels der speziell hierfr vorgesehenenTrans-portsen anheben. Sttzfu positionieren und am Trog befestigen.Gert am Boden blockieren.

DEMONTAGEVor der etwaigen Demontage der Antriebseinheit oder der Endlagereinheitsicherstellen, da die Wendel nicht herausrutschen und herunterfallen kann.Dazu die Trogabdeckungen und/oder die etwaigen Inspektionsklappen ffnen,um dann einen Holzbalken einzufhren und anschlieend zu verkanten. Erstdann darf die Antriebseinheit ausgebaut werden.ACHTUNG!Vor dem ffnen des Deckels und/oder der Inspektionsklappen sicher-stellen, da die Stromversorgung zum Elektromotor unterbrochenist.

ERECTION DE LA MACHINE

Elever la machine de la ct du rducteur au moyen des oeillets placs ceteffet. Positionner le pied de support et le xer lauge. Bloquer la machinepar terre.

DEMONTAGEAvant de dmonter le motorducteur ou le support palier dextrmit de lavis sassurer que la spire ne peut pas sortir ni tomber. Il faut pour cela ou-vrir le couvercle et/ou les trappes de visite, enler et ensuite encastrer uneplanche en bois. Seulement dans cette condition il est possible de dmonterle motorducteur.ATTENTION!Avant douvrir le couvercle ou les trappes de visite sassurer que lemoteur lectrique est hors tension.

EREZIONE MACCHINASollevare la macchina dal lato del riduttore mediante gli appositi golfari.Posizionare il piede di sostegno e ssarlo al truogolo. Bloccare la macchinaa terra.

SMONTAGGIOPrima di un eventuale smontaggio della testata motrice o della testata dallacoclea, assicurarsi che la spira non possa slarsi e cadere verso il basso. Aquesto scopo occorre aprire il coperchio e/o gli eventuali boccaporti dispe-zione, inlare e successivamente incastrare unasse di legno. Soltanto orapu essere smontata la testata motrice.ATTENZIONE!

Prima di aprire il coperchio c/o gli eventuali boccaporti, assicurarsi chelalimentazione di corrente al motore elettrico sia staccata.

Prfung des Isolationswi-derstandes

Vor der Inbetriebnahme, bzw.immer dann, wenn Hinweiseauf erhhte Feuchtig-keitvorliegen, ist der Iso-lations-widerstand zu prfen.

Der Widerstand - gemessenbei 25C mit einem isolation-prfer (500V DC) - soll dennachfolgend genanntenBe-zugswert bersteigen:

WARNUNGUn die Gefahr eines elektri-schen Schlages auszuschlie-en, sind die Wicklungen un-mittelbar nach der Messungzu entladen.

(Fr erhhte Umgebungstem-peraturen ist der angegebeneBezugswert des Iso-lations-widerstandes fr jeweils 20Czu halbieren).

Wenn der Bezugswert nichterreicht wird, ist die Feuchteinnerhalb der Wicklung zugro und eine Trocknungerforderlich.

Fr 12 - 16 Stunden solltedabei eine Ofentempera-

tur von 90C eingehaltenwerden, gefolgt von einerSchlutrocknung bei 105Cfr 6 - 8 Stunden.

Etwa vorhandene Verschlu-stopfen von Entwsserungs-ffnungen sind whrend derWrmebehandlung zu ent-fernen.

Wicklungen, die mit Salzwas-ser getrnkt sind, mssenerneuert werden.

Direct-on-line or Star/Deltastarting

The terminal box on stand-ard single speed machinesnormally contains 6 windingterminals and at least oneearth terminal.

Earthing shall be carried outaccording to local regula-tions before the machineis connected to the supplyvoltage.

The voltage and connection

are stamped on the ratingplate.

Direct-on-line starting(DOL)Y or winding connectionsmay be used. e.g. 660 V Y,380 Yindicates Y-connec-tion for 660 V and -connec-tion for 380 V.

Star/Delta starting (Y/)

The supply voltage must beequal to the rated voltageof the machine in -con-nection.

Remove all connection linksfrom the terminal block. Fortwo-speed and special ma-

chines, supply connectionmust follow the instructionsinside the terminal box.

Terminals and direction ofrotationDirection of rotation is clock-wise when viewing the shaftface at the machine driveend, when the line phasesequence L1, L2, L3 is con-nected to the terminals asshown in the gure 1.To alter the direction of rota-tion, interchange the connec-tion of any two lines cables.

per 380V.

Avviamento stella/triangolo(Y/)Le tensioni di linea devonoessere uguale alla tensionenominale del motore in colle-gamento a triangolo.

Togliere tutte le piastrine dicollegamento dai terminali.Per collegamento di motori a

doppia velocit, motori spe-ciali e monofase, seguire leistruzioni riportate allinternodella scatola morsetti.

Terminali e senso di rota-zioneIl senso di rotazione orariovisto dal lato comando quandola sequenza di fase L1, L2, L3 collegata ai terminali comeindicato nella gura 1.

Per invertire la direzione dirotazione, scambiare tra loroi collegamenti di due termianliqualsiasi.

Die nachfolgende Tabel-le fhrt Motoren an, derenSchalldruckpegel - gemes-sen in einem Abstand von1 m von der Oberflchedes Motors - den Wert von70dB(A) bertseigen kann.Die Kennwerte fr bestimm-te Motortypen sind aus den

entsprechenden Produktka-talogen ersichtlich. Die in derTabelle angegebenen Wertebeziehen sich auf eine sinus-frmige Speisespannung undeine Frequenz von 50Hz.

Fr eine Speisung mit 60 Hzsind die in der Tabelle ange-gebenen Werte um 4dB(A)zu erhnen. Die Schalldruck-pegel fr alle Motoren mitgetrennt angetriebenen Lf-tersystemen sowie fr Mo-

toren der Baureihen M2F*,M2L* und M2R* sind in dengetrennt frdiese Baureihenherausgegebenen Bedie-nungsanleitungen angege-ben.
