Harper College courses that give
high school students the
opportunity to earn both high
school and college credit
must provide your own

Health Career Observation – Harper campus
• Intro to Health Care / Medical Terminology,
and Certified Nursing Assistant
• offered at BHS next year

• It is very important that you take time to
think about your class selections.
• Changes to your schedule over the summer
and in the fall are EXTREMELY LIMITED OR
IMPOSSIBLE.
• High enrollment in classes means that
changes cannot happen.
• Talk with your parents about your choices.

UPCOMING COLLEGE PLANNING EVENTS
AP classes and SAT subject tests
• If you are in an AP class, the end of your junior year would be the best time to take an SAT subject test for that academic area.
• Some highly selective colleges may require 2-3 SAT subject tests as part of the admission process.
• Taking the test at the completion of the course allows for optimum results since the material is fresh in your mind.
• See your counselor if you have questions about this.

– 1 page PLEASE!!!
• Allow yourself time to relax.
