in the auditorium.●Coronation theme will be revealed at the

Talent Show.

Spirit Cup!

What is the Spirit Cup?● The Spirit Cup is a year-long class

competition● The class with the most points and spirit

at the end of the year is given a prize and awarded with the Spirit Cup trophy

How do you earn points?● Points can be earned by participating in

lunchtime activities, dressing up for spirit days, and winning games at rallies

Class Meetings!

● Class Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of every month

● Upcoming events and important information is discussed

● It is a good way to share your ideas and get involved

● It is not too early to start fundraising! Our goal is to have the best Prom possible and we need your help and participation!

●Next Meeting will be on September 9th! See you there!

Campus Supervision

●These BUSD employees are an extension of me as an Assistant Principal of Discipline.

- Do not be upset with them for doing their job. If you want to be up set with anybody, please some speak with me, I am the one that makes them do a great job.

Dress Code

●Each and every person in this room has signed a letter stating that they understand the dress code!

- Review●No Hats. No Beanies. No Hoods●No See through clothing. ●No underwear showing, including bra and

bra straps.●No bare midriffs showing.●No short shorts or shorts skirts.

Electronic Device

●Appropriate use at all times.●No Photos. ●No Video Recording. ●No Audio Recording.

- Federal laws make these school rules.

●Hand your phone over when an adult asks.

Consequences for School Violations ●Warning / Change into Loaner clothes●Lunch Detention – ½ Hour at lunch●AM / PM Detention – 1 Hour●Saturday School – 4 Hours●Removal from Pep Rallies, Assemblies and

other school activities●Losing the privilege to attend Homecoming.●Losing the privilege to participate in Activities

and Sports.●Losing Lunch Pass●Suspensions – In House or at home●Not graduation on time

●Classrooms, backpacks, school grounds and cars are regularly searched by a canine trained to detect drugs.●Throughout the year backpack searches may be conducted on students selected randomly.

AUTOMATIC SUSPENSIONS: ●Fighting: intentionally inflicting harm on another person out of anger, frustration or revenge, includes pushing, hitting, slapping or other physical contact. ●Weapons or Dangerous Objects●Use or possession of controlled substance (alcohol, prescription drugs, marijuana, Tobacco including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) at or in transit to or from any school event. ●Offering, selling or negotiating to sell or trade a controlled substance.●Committed or attempting to commit Robbery or Extortion. Receiving stolen property.

Sexual Harassment

●WILL Not be tolerated!

●Unwelcome verbal, Visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature which is severe or pervasive and which creates a hostile environment.

●Possessing, sending or viewing sexually explicit images on an electronic device is a federal offense if any of the members are under the age of 18.

●If convicted you will be registered as a sex offender!

Bullying

●Bullying is an act of repeated aggressive behavior in order to intentionally hurt another person, physically, or mentally, and to create an imbalance of power.

●Talk to an adult if you see bullying, seek help.●Don’t be a by-stander. ● Including Social Media

-Students who post pictures, comments or other information on any digital social media site, which is felt to be bullying, threatening, or which in any way disrupts the school day, will receive school-based consequences. Consequences may include suspension from school.
