Spelling City/Reading log

MobyMaxStudents will practice online in class during Math Centers. This program adapts to the students learning level and increases when the student is ready!

BACK TO

SCHOOL!

Students will be able to practice their spelling words online! This will be done in class and students do not have to complete for homework. If you would like for your student to still practice at home, you may do so.

Reading logs continue and need to be brought back into class on Fridays. Download your reading log and Spelling words on Classroom Connect.

Class DojoWe will be using Class Dojo for our classroom management this year! Parents you can keep track of your child’s behavior at any time with the easy to use app for android, apple, or IPAD’s! Students can create their own avatar! If you need to contact me, do so at any time through the class dojo app! More information in your folders!

Jan. 19th: Parent Academy Night: Sharpie Art 6 PM

Jan. 23rd: Musical Theatre Three performances: 2 dollars each, 6 PM

Jan. 27-29: Shake the Ground Dance Competition 5 PM

Feb. 3rd: 2nd and 3rd grade field trip. Athens Theater to see James and the Giant Peach. Fee: 10 dollars ea., including chaperones. Permission slips will be out soon.

Feb. 11th: Flapjack Fundraiser: Information sent home. Contact me if you would like to volunteer.

We are a rotating schedule every week.

Homework: Math: Math Worksheet. Measure

a TV stand (if you don’t have an easel), a book, a chair, and a table (instead of a desk)

Reading: BookIt log. Read 19 days for month of January. Bring in on Friday’s to check progress.

We are rocking and rolling into our twenty second week of school!

Continue Math and Reading homework. Reading logs continue and remember parents must sign it and it has to have 19 days filled in for January. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know! :D
