  • Instructions Auto-SF2

    1. Type/copy-paste the names of pupils/students and other important information in the Modified SF1 worksheet.2. Click "June" button to access the June sheet. And type the dates in the appropriate cells.3. Hide unused rows so that they will not appear in the final printout. You can unhide them anytime if you need to.4. Indicate the date in the appropriate cell before checking the attendance of pupils/students every day. Computation will only take place if the date is specified.

    6. When checking the attendance of pupils/students, leave the cell BLANK if the pupil/student is present.7. To work on the form for the succeeding months, you must choose the appropriate tab/button and repeat Steps 3 & 4.
