Description

For menstrual pain, combine 2 drops of Clary Sage, 2 drops of Geranium Bourbon, and 2 drops of Marjoram Sweet in your favorite carrier oil and apply to the lower abdomen in a circular motion. Alternatively, add to your favorite carrier oil and use as a daily moisturizer or diffuse into the air for its mood-enhancing properties. For topical applicapplication, dilute to 2-5%.
