A Townhome is a single attached residence attached to andditidd from each other by a vetiical party wall on it’s own lot.There are sweral ~es of Tovm houses Wth various lot sizes.

Setback RequirementsA Multi-Family Home is a building containing a group of 2 or moredwellings occup~ng a parcel of land in one owership. There maybe one or more entrances into the building. There are various typesof multi-family homes.

Lot Depth varies dependin3 on type and confi~uration.The set back to the principal face of the building to thefront lot line is 1Z minimum. The lot setbacks from anyadjacent houses to the sides of the Manor Homes is 12minimum.

LANDSCAPE - GENERAL

1. Landscaping is required for all development within Clarksburg and may include deciduous, evergreen orornamental trees, shrubs, groundcovers, perennials, and seasonal color. (annrads). Landscape plantingsmust comply with the approved planting plans that are part of the County site plan, as well as these guide-hnes.

2. Street trees shall be provided according to the approved County Site plans.

3. Landscape plantings for individual homes should consist of a limited variety of trees, shrubs andgroundcovers to create an attractive, well designed, cohesive landscape. Shrubs and groundcovers shouldbe planted in masses of a single species or cultivar in sufficient numbers to create beds or drifts of plants.

4.
