Currently we are providing recon for ATM,POS-Ecom (issuer), IMPS, UPI, Micro-ATM.
As per RFP, all channels have to be integrated as per the scope of work.
3 The Solution offered by the Bidder should be PA-DSS & Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant solution.
Recon is going to happen on transactions which are already routed through certified switch which is PA DSS certified , the software used for recon, should that be PA DSS certified, please clarrify.
As per RFP, PA-DSS & PCI-DSS certificates wherever required are mandatory for submission.
4 Network connectivity between Data Center of Cooperative banks & Data Center of vendor shall also be in the scope of vendor. The network bandwidth should be such that response time of each transaction is less than 5 seconds (Minimum 5 MBps).
Reconciliation is going to happen on performed transactions, so need to have clarity on DC and DR requirement with response time.
As per RFP, Bank’s DC is at Jhalana , Jaipur & DR site is at State DR site, Jodhpur. Response time indicated in RFP.
5 The bidder shall provide real time dashboard along with management panel for monitoring transactions and reconciliations of the RTGS, NEFT, NACH, NECS etc. from RBI, NPCI, CBS etc. The dashboard along with management panel shall be customized separately for the RSCB & 29 DCCBs. Each of the 29 DCCBs shall be able to view its own transactions only using login and password issued to them while the RSCB bank shall be able to view the transactions of RSCB & 29 DCCBs.
As mention above reconciliation is happening on T+1 basis. So not clear about monitoring of transaction for RSCB and all 29 DCCBs.
As per RFP, a dashboard required for the real time monitoring of the reconciliation process. This shall include but is not limited to the completed, pending and disputed transaction in reconciliation.

Reconciliation happen after the transaction happen. So want to know objective of monitoring of transaction.

8 The project is to be provided an outsourced /OPEX Model on per transaction basis; where in the required application reconciliation software, hardware, database licenses, OS licenses or any other licenses required and the manpower for reconciliation services is to be supplied by the bidder and sized to meet the current and projected requirement.
Is vendor supposed to provide hardware and corresponding OS and database for reconciliation software.
As per RFP, All required infrastructure is in scope of vendor.
9 All required hardware (Servers, Database ,SAN Storage, PCs, network switch, Rack. Etc.), system software , database has to be provided by the Bidder for primary (PR) and disaster recovery site (DR) at their cost and the details of the location should be informed to the Bank. The Bidder has to specify the hardware specification including storage being offered in their technical bid. In all the cases the database Maintenance in line with application requirement including installation has to be managed by bidder.

10 The bidder should provide all interfaces required with CBS, ATM Switch, DCMS, Web services, other payment systems & packages provided by the networks, regulatory institutions., Dispute Tracker of the bidder and any other systems. No additional cost will be provided at a later date. Bidder should consider this before quoting the cost in this bid.

13 Necessary EJ is to be pulled from the ATMs by the bidder in a centralized manner to help in reconciliation. In this connection bidder need to coordinate with ATM vendor for inputting the EJ component in ATMs. No additional cost shall be payable by the bank for this.

an alternate location/ Disaster Recovery Site of the Bank without the disruption of services. Disaster Recovery Site has to be verified by the bank's Officials after enabling for the primary site.
r. The reconciliation of the above channels/Products/services/networks shall be two-way, three-way, four-way or n-way reconciliation as the case may be.

Network connectivity between Data Center of Cooperative banks & Data Center of vendor shall also be in the scope of vendor. The network bandwidth should be such that response time of each transaction is less than 5 seconds (Minimum 5 MBps).

The bidder shall provide real time dashboard along with management panel for monitoring transactions and reconciliations of the RTGS, NEFT, NACH, NECS etc. from RBI, NPCI, CBS etc. The dashboard along with management panel shall be customized separately for the RSCB & 29 DCCBs. Each of the 29 DCCBs shall be able to view its own transactions only using login and password issued to them while the RSCB bank shall be able to view the transactions of RSCB & 29 DCCBs.
Clarification is required on monitoring of transactions for RSCB & 29 DCCBs, as reconciliation of transactions already happened will be done
As per RFP, a dashboard required for the real time monitoring of the reconciliation process. This shall include but is not limited to the completed, pending and disputed transaction in reconciliation.

All required hardware (Servers, Database ,SAN Storage, PCs, network switch, Rack. Etc.), system software , database has to be provided by the Bidder for primary (PR) and disaster recovery site (DR) at their cost and the details of the location should be informed to the Bank. The Bidder has to specify the hardware specification including storage being offered in their technical bid. In all the cases the database Maintenance in line with application requirement including installation has to be managed by bidder.
Vendor has to provide reconciliation software then why the cost of hardware,PR, DR, OS licenses, database licenses and others as mentioned to be borne by the Vendor

The project is to be provided an outsourced /OPEX Model on per transaction basis; where in the required application reconciliation software, hardware, database licenses, OS licenses or any other licenses required and the manpower for reconciliation services is to be supplied by the bidder and sized to meet the current and projected requirement.

The bidder should provide all interfaces required with CBS, ATM Switch, DCMS, Web services, other payment systems & packages provided by the networks, regulatory institutions., Dispute Tracker of the bidder and any other systems. No additional cost will be provided at a later date. Bidder should consider this before quoting the cost in this bid.
