Guideline for contractor seeking empanelment:

1. Indicate your response (Yes/No) in column 4. If yes, then submit evidence as indicated in

column 5. All evidences shall be submitted in sequence as a separate document.

2. Criteria for Empanelment will follow the Score Band.

Score obtained up to 75%: Contractor eligible for work Rs. 50 Cr. & Above,

Score obtained up to 65% : Contractor eligible for work Rs. 25 Cr. To Rs.50 Cr.,

Score obtained up to 55% : Contractor eligible for work Rs. 10 Cr. To Rs. 25 Cr.,

Score obtained up to 45% : Contractor eligible for work Rs. 05 Cr. To Rs.10 Cr.,

Less than 45 score will not be entitled for Quality empanelment (Can be considered for work

less than 05 Cr. By submitting undertaking on his letterhead, as per annexure Q1)

3. 80% weightage is given to above mentioned criteria & 20% weightage to the site visit.
