CITYVibe is an annual publication that showcases the many spectacular City-sponsored and community-based arts and cultural outdoor events, outdoor markets and summer festivals that are taking place in the Capital City.Many of the festivals and celebrations showcased are recipients of the City of Victoria’s 2016 Festival Investment Grant. Over the past 17 years, the City has awarded close to $4 million to local non-profit arts and cultural organizations.
