When planning to remodel or add-on to a current
structure or construct or place a new building on
your lot, contact the Planning and Building
Department prior to beginning work. In addition
to permits, you may need confirmation that
set-backs are met and inspections are scheduled.
This may save time and costs from mistakes or
code violations. Contact Planning and Building
prior to the start of any construction project within
the City limits.
