My point ofview on this is of course informed by my very short amount of experience as acommissioner - I'm just calling it as I see it.     2 Some type of public communications system that is two way and effective.Provide a website to citizens that is current at all times, strive for innovative andinteractive. I think comments from the evaluation in Oct 2011 are vaulable toincorporate with this evaluation as well.
