Cisco Software Support Service (SWSS) simplifies customer engagements, drives renewals, and helps our customers protect their software investments. We want every customer who buys Cisco software to get great software support services. We also want to grow and win more together with our partners and distributors. Selling SWSS with every software order can help drive renewals and recurring revenue. This valuable service is required for a minimum of one year at point of sale, simplifying the purchasing process. Any new orders require that SWSS is attached for a minimum of 12 months duration. All SWSS contracts will co-terminate to end of agreement. SWSS support will be entitled at the product family level for each suite the customer is entitled to within the ELA.

During the ELA term, customer must maintain a Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) contract for hardware support, which includes hardware advanced replacement, base OS support, and smart capabilities to ensure complete support on all Cisco ONE solutions. Customer may choose to purchase software licenses at any point in time.

SWSS support will be entitled at the product family level for each suite the customer is entitled to within the ELA.
