Logging into @oncefinance
Enter your User ID and password. Then click the Submit button to be taken to the @oncefinance homepage.
Forgot your @oncefinance password?
1. Click on the Forgot Password link on the PortalSupportOnline secure log in page.
2. Follow on-screen instructions.
3.You will receive a temporary password via email.
4. After you sign-in using your temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password that conforms to our new, more secure standards.

To submit a credit application click on Apply, then select Lease Application and Standard Lease.

On the vendor selection page, click on your Business Name. If you have multiple locations, you may chose the correct location for the transaction.

On the Customer Search page, enter either the custo mer’s Phone Number, or the Customer Name and Customer Zip Code. Click Search.

The Customer Search result page displays a list of customers that match your search criteria. If you see your customer, just Click on their Customer Name link. If you do not see your customer, click on the link “Click to create a new customer.”

If you created a new customer, the customer’s contact information needs to be added. The customer information will be stored once the first application has been submitted.

If you selected an existingcustomer, the customer information is pre-populated in the Applicant Section of the application form.
Start entering the application information. To view required information (displayed in red), click on the Submit button on the bottom of the application form.
In addition to the required fields, the box for customer authorizing a credit investigation needs to be checked even if personal credit information is not provided.

You can obtain accurate lease documents via e-mail, for transactions under $100,000, by entering the solution information and requested lease terms.
Start by entering the correct Solution Type from th e drop down box.
Once complete, enter the Cost Breakdown Amounts. We offer one bucket pricing for transactions under $100,000 and all cost may be inc luded in the Total Amount Financed section.

Under Requested Lease Rates you will find our curre nt lease options and promotions. Select the appropriate option for your transaction.

Application Status Updates provide automatic e-mail updates when there are changes in the status of credit applicat ions. The emails update you when we receive the application and make credit decisions.
After clicking on the Submit this Application button the application can be reviewed before submitting for credit approval.

You may also add additional e-mail addresses for status updates.
It is recommended that the Customer not be listed for Status Updates.

Once we receive the completed documents your PO will be issued.

Application Pipeline Reporting
An Credit Application activity or “pipeline” report can be accessed via @oncefinance.
To generate the report, click on Search, then Applications.

You can search for application activity using various criteria.
To perform a search for applications submitted within a certain time period, enter a From and To date, then click on Search.

A summary of the search results is presented and grouped by application status (pending, approved, booked, etc.).

Additional left-hand links provide access to other details on the application. For example, the General Information link displays the approved application amount, lease rate factor and monthly payment amount.

Searches for lease details can be performed through menu option Search/Leases. You can search by using one of 4 criteria.

If applicable, approval letters and lease documents generated can also be accessed by clicking on Search, then Documents. You can search for documents by specific transactio n number ( Branch-Application Number-Suffix or INET ID) or perform a general search by date range.
