Sustainable Transport Projects 34 projects - 5 Million Earlier this month Transport Minister Leo Varadkar announced an allocation of 5 million to be spent on sustainable transport projects. An initial 25 schemes were announced, however subsequently our dedicated researchers have been able to uncover 9 additional schemes to bring the current total in our system to 34. 40 new schools to be established in next six years – Minister Quinn 27/6/11

The Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairí Quinn T.D., today announced that 20 new primary schools and 20 new post-primary schools are to be established in the next six years.
