• A new planning charge on new development• Solely to fund infrastructure• Largely replaces Section 106 agreements• Applied for each new square metre (net)• 25% of income passed directly to Parish

What is Infrastructure?

services, sports and leisure facilities, green infrastructure, flood defences….. etc
