OVERVIEW

The Lean Expert and Six Sigma Black Belt Cer�fica�on Program for Green Belt Expert is a 5 days intense program aimed at building capability on Lean Six Sigma Concept and Methodology. The medium of learning will be, Class Room Instruc�ons, team exercises among the par�cipants, case studies and comple�on of projects in their respec�ve work area.
