聚福殊勝諸方州”。位於西藏日喀則的尼色日山下。是該地區最大的寺廟。是中國著名的六大黃教寺院之一。可與達賴的布達拉宮相

媲美。返回拉薩，車觀【宗山城堡】城堡矗立在江孜古城中央的懸崖峭壁上，整個古堡群錯落有致的雄踞山頂，海拔為 4020 米，在

年楚河平原中央顯得非常雄偉峻峭。【卡若拉冰川】位於西藏山南地區浪卡子縣和江孜縣交界處，距離江孜縣城約 71 公里， 是西藏

三大大陸型冰川之一，為年楚河東部源頭。【羊卓雍措】藏語意為“碧玉湖”，是西藏三大聖湖之一。其湖面平靜，一片翠藍，仿佛

如山南高原上的藍寶石，湖光山色之美，冠絕藏南。

早餐後，前往遊覽世界上海拔最高的古代宮堡式建築群——有“高原明珠”之稱的【布達拉宮】，作為西藏政教合一權利統治的中心，

分為白宮與紅宮，主要供奉了 8 座達賴的靈塔和眾多佛像，以五世達賴的靈塔規模最大，耗費黃金 3721 公斤。後遊覽藏傳佛教的中心

寺院—【大昭寺】，建於西元七世紀的它主供的佛像是佛祖釋迦牟尼十二歲等身金像，這尊由佛祖自己開光加持的佛像是佛教徒心中最

為神聖的，人稱“覺臥”，一見可得解脫。大昭寺週邊便是著名的轉經道—【八角街】，這彙聚了來自世界各地的朝聖者，街兩旁店鋪

林立攤點遍佈。晚餐後，欣賞【布達拉宮廣場音樂噴泉】。

早餐後，前往遊覽歷代達賴喇嘛消夏理政的地方，是一座典型的藏式風格園林【羅布林卡】，是西藏人造園林中規模最大、風景最佳的、

古跡最多的園林。後遊覽藏傳佛教格魯派六大主寺之一【沙拉寺】，辯經，是一種佛學知識的討論，也可以說是喇嘛們的一種學習方式。

沙拉寺的僧人們每天有一次辨經活動。【宗角祿康】是布達拉宮附近最著名的水域，所有水中倒影的布達拉宮照片都是從祿角宗康方向

拍攝的。

後搭乘航班前往西寧！抵達遊覽伊斯蘭經學研究的最高學府【東關大清真寺】，晚餐後，入住酒店休息！
