Bc x ng b (Synchrotron radiation - SR): Bc x in t (light) c pht x t cc in t chuyn ng vi vn tc tng i tnh Do in

Bc x ng b t cc in tr chuyn ng gia tc tng i tnh (relativistic electrons)- Khi cc ht in tch, VD e, chuyn ng trong mt t trng c to ra bi cc vin nam chm b tr tun hon, cc e s nhn thy mt cu trc nam chm tun hon chuyn ng thng v pha chng vi mt chu k b thu nh li mt cch tng i: = u/ (u l chu k ca nam chm, 1/(1- 2)1/2, v/c)- Tn s ca bc x c pht x ra bng f = c/=c/u.
f f/ / - Khi ti ngi quan st, dng tng i tnh ca cng thc tn s Doppler l: f = f/((1-)) = c/(u(1 - )) 22c/u. (khi 1 1 - 1/22). V vy tn s c quan st thy l: = c/f = u /22.VD: khi e c nng lng 1.9 GeV, = 1900/0.511 = 3718; vi u = 5 cm, cho ra = 1.8 nm (tng ng vi tia X).

- Trong vng tn hao thp, c trng ni bt l peak tn hao zero (zero-loss) m bn thn n
khng c ch khai thc thng tin v tn hao nng lng - l peak n hi, v ng gp ch
yu l ca cc e tn x n hi v c truyn qua mu m khng tng tc.
- Tuy nhin FWHM ca peak tn hao zero c dng nh mt php o nh gi v phn

- c trng quan trng nht cho phn tch vt liu l cc g ion ha cc lp v bn trong ca
nguyn t, bi v nng lng ion ha l c trng cho cc nguyn t ha hc.
