Design Project ScopeClient• Fausto Commercial Realty

Client’s Issue• Fausto Realty owns numerous vacant lots located in Miami, Florida and is acquiring for an

apartment design to be constructed.

Location• The vacant lot is located in 220 NW 8th Ave Miami, Florida.

Solution• To design a modular apartment complex that’s affordable for the residents but also provides a

return on investment for the client, a structure that’s replicable and can be built on other vacant lots, and also integrate the current culture that resides in Little Havana.
