I used PETG to print these but PLA would work just as well. I used thecolour change option in PrusaSlicer 2.1 (I do not have the MMU) to changefrom the green leaf to the red berries. of course, you can do whatever youlike but I think they really pop like this.

I did print these on the powder-coated sheet but it will work just as well onthe smooth one. I found printing a little slower better on these small prints.Just set up your colour change point just as the first layer of berries startto print. To avoid so many filament changes if you don't have the MMU it isbest to do a few on a sheet in one go but if you do have the MMU thiswould be easy.

If you use PETG don't forget to allow a little more space under the nozzlecompaird to PLA as PETG dosn't like to be too squashed to the bed or it willstick so well you may have a job getting it off!!
