On the first day of Christmas my true love sent to me… a CLIA Christmas Bake Sail! Whether you’re the next Mary Berry or a baking novice, there are thousands of recipes out there for all levels. Why not nominate someone in your office to be Cake Captain and start recruiting fellow bakers. Get your
spatulas at the ready and whisk up something truly scrumptious!

Pipe some green buttercream icing on to the top of a cupcake in an ice cream
cone shaped swirl, sprinkle hundreds and thousands, add a star to the top and voila,
you have yourself a Christmas tree!
Make cupcakes and decorate them with a popping candy topping – add a cocktail
umbrella to create a beach scene.
If you’re feeling adventurous, make some cake pops and dip them in dark chocolate.
Once set, spoon a little melted white chocolate on the top, then add an icing holly leaf to make a Christmas pudding!
Ice some biscuits with festive themed objects such as holly, a Santa hat, a
snowman or a Christmas tree!
