Green of Germiston, South Africa, had many spiritual words of encouragement he taught his congregation during the 41 years of ministry, in one church in the same town. In his lif etime, he sent out 19 missionary couples, supported solely by his church, building 39 mission churches in Africa. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the  Holy Ghost:” Matt. 28:19. Pastor Green, a strong biblical believer in: 1) The King James Bible; 2) Discipleship Training; and 3) Sending those students he trained, to reach 3-4 people a day, before they went to sleep at night. The amazing fact was in 41 year s of ministry in Germiston, every 7 years he had a new congregation. When his church membership reached 2000, every year for 27 years he would send out 250 families, to plant a new church; They did this, the Lord providing work for these members on the move with their new pastor; The work grew, God blessed, and their testimony won many souls, who took the step of faith, got baptized and joined the church. 300 – 400 new members were added to Pastor Green’s church each year. As many of our prayer partners are aware, I came to know the Lord as my Savior in South Africa, on October 28 th 1953. My Pastor was a missionary from England to South Africa, and I came to know the Lord under his ministry . Pastor Green spent many hours with the young peopl e and me in Biblical discipleship and spiritual warfare. Our main mission aft er discipleship classes was to go and share the Wor d with two to three people each day, and so we did. We were given areas to minister in, and I was sent t o D oornfontein. At the age of 16, I went into the poorest inner-city areas, (ghetto) to share the gospel. Every Saturday two of us would go door-knocking; during this period of 16 months we had made approximately 1200 contacts, and out of those contacts, 24 families got saved, baptized, joining the church.

Prayer Requests

Dear Pastors, Prayer Partners & Donors:

Greetings in the Name of Jesus:

My Pastor, Rex N. Green of Germiston, South Africa, had many spiritual words of encouragement he taught his congregation during the 41 years of ministry, in one

church in the same town. In his lifetime, he sent out 19 missionary couples, supportedsolely by his church, building 39 mission churches in Africa. “Go ye therefore, and

teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the

  Holy Ghost:” Matt. 28:19.

Pastor Green, a strong biblical believer in: 1) The King James Bible; 2) DiscipleshipTraining; and 3) Sending those students he trained, to reach 3-4 people a day, beforethey went to sleep at night. The amazing fact was in 41 years of ministry in Germistonevery 7 years he had a new congregation. When his church membership reached 2000

every year for 27 years he would send out 250 families, to plant a new church; They

did this, the Lord providing work for these members on the move with their new pastorThe work grew, God blessed, and their testimony won many souls, who took the step ofaith, got baptized and joined the church.

300 – 400 new members were added to Pastor Green’s church each year.

As many of our prayer partners are aware, I came to know the Lord as my Savior inSouth Africa, on October 28th 1953. My Pastor was a missionary from England toSouth Africa, and I came to know the Lord under his ministry. Pastor Green spentmany hours with the young people and me in Biblical discipleship and spiritual

warfare. Our main mission after discipleship classes was to go and share the Wordwith two to three people each day, and so we did. We were given areas to minister in,and I was sent to Doornfontein. 3.  V22: During the past 42 years of our marriage and 13 years before I got married,we clearly understand what the Apostle Paul meant when he said, “I have been much hindered” we could spend hours sharing, the attacks of satan against us in the ministry, that he, satan, tried

to hinder the gospel from progressing. See Rom. 8: 22-39.

During this last year, we received many wonderful testimonies from the brethren in Africa, of people beingsaved, baptized, added to the church, by the young disciples, (Street Evangelists) who go knocking doors,sharing with 2, 3 and 4 people/families per day. They establish cell groups and prepare to plant missionchurches.

The Corn Grinder & Donkey Taxi Ministries, The miracles of salvation and healings are numerousand awesome, to God be the Glory. Thank You for your compassion, dedication, support and prayers forthese “Tools of Evangelism”.

The Year 2007, we had 16 graduates from Bible College, 11 men, 5 ladies (Christian workers) …

Eleven churches were planted by these graduate pastors.

In 2008 there were 18 graduates, 11 men, 7 ladies … Eleven churches were planted;

In 2009 there were only 8 graduates, all men, who planted 8 new churches. Enrollment in January 2010 -First year students, 9 men and 3 ladies are attending Bible College;

Urgent Prayer Request - Bible College Land Expropriation

The government of SA has notified the Bible College where we send our students to, that the 50acres of land they own and occupy, is needed for a new Research Center, similar to the CDC in the USA.This property is wedged between a large African University on the west side and on the east side by a large

African hospital (primarily for Hiv/Aids patients). The government requires this 50 acres of land to erect aresearch and scientific center to develop a cure for Hiv/Aids and Malaria.

(Death caused from Malaria amongst the African People, has overtaken Hiv/Aids and Tuberculosis).

This Bible College has been in operation for 68 years – 50 acres of land were donated by a whitefarmer for the training of African young men and women who have a call to ministry to reach the NationalIndigenous people of Africa, with the Gospel of Salvation.

Please pray with us that the college directors will find suitable and/or better facilities for the students, tocontinue in their mission, to educate and train young indigenous workers for the ministry in Southern Africa.

The government will expropriate the land and the College will be forced to move. They have until

July 2010 to make this move and are still in negotiation as their land is not only worth a lot more than theyhave been offered, but it holds great sentimental value to those who have dedicated their lives and time toprepare the Indigenous students for the work of the Lord.

Prov. 19:17 “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord;and that which he hath given will he pay him again.” KJB.

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US PRAY IN THE NECESSARY FINANCES NEEDED, WITHALL YOUR HELP AND PRAYERS, WE COULD NOT HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THIS GREAT

WORK FOR THE LORD, OVER THESE MANY YEARS.

“Greater Works than these shall You do …”

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works thatI do shall he do also; because I go unto my Father.” John 14:12.

It is rewarding to watch the “vision for Greater Works” come to pass in Africa.

Missionary teachers invest in the lives of their students;

Students become teachers and leaders; who develop new leaders;who create new schools and new teachers; graduates producing new churches;new churches producing new students and new leaders – the cycle goes on, everexpanding, ever widening reaching each one for Christ –“Greater Works than these shall YOU do …”

“Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:24.God is doing it! He is faithful!

Trusting GOD By Faith:

15 years ago, Anita and I prayed that the Lord would expand our financial baseto help the South African Indigenous workers … We needed a certain $ amount, (it

varied monthly as needs changed), to support Christ For Africa Mission, so we prayedfaithfully that God would supply that amount each month.

We asked ourselves, why we were limiting the Holy One of Israel?  … but weknew that taking on new workers, bible students, and projects, was a step of faith –so we laid in prayer before the Lord, confessing that we were willing to do His work tosupport the Indigenous church.

We Knew He Would Provide the Needs … not for us to put a dollar amount neededeach month to cover the costs, but rather to trust God  to provide in advance, aboveand beyond Luke 6:38, for the right amount each month to get the job done.

We have very strong faith believing in our hearts, that God is our Sole Source,

Support and End,  and we added in our prayer that we would not borrow from banks,or business people. We will trust the Lord to do His work and pay for it.God is a debtor to no man. Over the past 15 years we have been able to meet ourgoals and projects, not going into the red, Praise the Lord, we have been in the black at the end of each year. Pastor’s Support has come in over and above that was needed.The extra money at the year’s end is put into the Emergency Fund (for IndigenousPastors’ Medical and funeral expenses) as it is needed for the year ahead. Pastor’sChristmas donations have been a great blessing to their families.

Here at CFAM, we value your support & prayers. We want to maintain your confidence inour ministry. We prayerfully distribute your love gifts as designated, & undesignated gifts

go “Where Needed Most” to help our brethren on the field in Africa reach the lost for theKingdom of Heaven. May the Lord bless you richly for your continued prayer and support.
