Im only recommending you read two book to help you train off the range and this is one of them. Its developed for elite athletes, but the crossover to shooting will be obvious within a few pages. Defensive or combat shooters must be able to make split-second decisions under the pressures of competition or combat, but often this vital learning is left to chance. With this book youll gain access to the research foundations behind an innovative decision-training system that has been used successfully for years in training athletes. This book presents three innovations solidly based in research, which if put in to use with firearms will produce amazing results. If youre an instructor, competition shooter or peoples lives depend on how you respond visually during a shooting this is must read. Its expensive, but its well worth it if you take your shooting seriously.
