a growing demandAviation Success Statistics
Aviation is one of the world’s fastest growing industries. In addition to carrying people, the aviation industry transports much of the world’s commerce. The commercial aviation industry will need 679,000 additional maintenance technicians over the next two decades, according to The Boeing Company. The industry’s expansive growth, both in the United States and worldwide, will be a key factor fueling the economy. This growth combined with a retiring workforce means an increasingdemand for aircraft engineers and avionics technicians. This trend is expected to continue as long as the demand for qualified engineers outpaces the supply.
