Introduction
• It doesn’t apear information of who exactly creates the chocolate bar, but the first chocolate bar was sold in 1910 by the Ganong Brothers Company in Canada.
Production Process
1. First the cocoa beans ARE EXTRACTED.
2. The beans ARE DEPOSITED in a big container for the mixture.
3. Next the chocolate IS MIXED with a machine with all the other ingredients.
4. The chocolate IS MOLDED once it HAS ENTERED to a warming process.
5. The next step the chocolate IS MOLDED meen while is hot.
6. Finally the chocolate IS COOLED and ready to put it in the envelope.
Conclusion:• Finally we can say that the chocolate bar is very common in our diet, specially on winter time.
• The Chocolate doesn’t contaminate, but some of the envelopes do.
