AN ORDINANCE - AMENDING THE CITY CODE WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CFTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTE:

Section 1. the OBcial Zoning Maps referenced in Section 1.104 of the City of Charlotte Zoning Clrdhmce are hereby amended by changing fie zoning of the property described on the attached map h m CC, R-17MF(CD), R-31CD) and R-3 to CC.

Section 2.
