    Ingredients

    500g prawns, shelled and de-veined1 red onion1 red pepper, thinly sliced4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped1 tbls ginger roughly choppedoil1 tbsp sambal olek2 chillies chopped

    1 tbls ketchap manis cup water 2 tbls corn flour mi ed with water, to make a paste cup chopped fresh coriander ! cup spring onions choppedsalt

    "n a hot pan with some oil, throw in the onions, ginger and garlic to soften it# $ow addthe red pepper and the prawns# %dd the ketchap manis, chilli paste, chillies, season withsalt and add a little water to create a sauce#

    &nce the prawns are almost cooked, add the corn flour paste to thicken up the sauce

    and add the spring onions and coriander and toss the ingredients together
