DESCRIPTION

The property is of steel portal frame with full height metal cladding elevations. The pitched roof is of profile sheet panels, incorporating translucent roof lights and is lined throughout. OCCUPATIONAL MARKET

Throughout the West Midlands demand for distribution warehouse continues to grow whilst the acute shortage of available accommodation is made worse by the ever reducing level of standing stock.
