It is ideal for you to familiarise yourself with the interview

procedure and application process of the setting, to support

you in moving into employment after your traineeship.

Your activities will include:

• Completing an application form

• Discussing the interview procedure

Once you have completed the task discuss these with your

workplace mentor.

application form. Using the template on the next page, prepare some notes on what information you

think you will need. Write one simple paragraph (three or four sentences) for the ‘further information’

section. Use the guide below.
