ABOUT THE CONFERENCE The aim of this conference is to bring together community leaders, academicians, scientists, and policy makers to promote and enhance programmatic collaborations to more effectively address regional, national, and local responses to the adoption and regularization of traditional herbal medicine. The conference will also provide a podium to scientists and research scholars from various organizations to put forth their innovative ideas and research findings by means of oral presentation, discussions, and poster presentations.

Call for Abstracts/Full Paper

The participants are cordially invited for presentations on the main or the related topics of the conference. Full Papers/Abstracts received by due date will be reviewed by a panel of experts and notification of acceptance/revision (Oral & e-Poster) will be mailed to the author on or before March 25, 2018. However, no information will be communicated for rejected abstracts. Number of Oral and e-poster presentations are limited. Kindly ensure that the submitted full paper/abstract was not published earlier in any form. Abstracts must be in English not exceeding 300 words. Full Paper, not exceeding 20 A4 size pages should include title (14 pt, Bold, Upper case), Author(s) & affiliations, Materials and methods, results and conclusions. Name of the presenting author should be highlighted with Asterisk. The text should be single spaced 12 pt, Arial all through. Full Papers/Abstracts can be submitted online or via e-mail to ssc.phytocon@lpu.co.in.

Selection for Oral Presentation and Full Paper Publication in scopus indexed Journal

Top 40 Full Papers (Research Papers only) will be selected for Oral presentation at the conference and based on the presentation, research content, and novelty, 20 best research papers will be published in scopus indexed journal free of cost.

Full Paper / Abstract submitted without registration documents and the registration fees will not be entertained. For un-accepted abstracts, the registration fees will be refunded.

E-Poster presentations

The size of the e-poster should not exceed 120 cm (height) and 90 cm (width). The posters must be prepared in English. Content of the poster should be readable from 1.5 meters. E-poster presented in JPEG/PDF files should be uploaded on conference website 3 days prior to the conference. E-Poster presenters will be provided with projector and laptop to present their e-poster and each of them will be given a 4 minute time slot.

Oral presentationsOral presentation should not exceed 15 slides. Presenters will be provided with projector and laptop to present their e-poster and will be given a 8 minutes time slot.
