4. SIGN SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

THIS IS A CONTRACT: These sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This registration form is also considered a sponsorship agreement. The sponsor company agrees to pay the price of the selected sponsorship upon receipt of the invoice. An invoice will be sent to the billing contact listed above for prompt payment. Changes may occur in the sponsorship offered. Argentum or its representatives will contact affected sponsoring companies immediately in the event of any changes to the sponsorship program. Once this signed agree-ment is received, all sponsorships are considered final and are non-refundable.
