CAD of BANDERA 2020 APPRAISAL YEAR
Bandera CAD appraisers will be performing field reviews in the YR1 area for the
2020 appraisal year. If you own a home, land, or business personal property in
this area you may receive a postcard or letter to inform you that the appraiser
needs an on-site inspection. You may see vehicles designated with appraisal
district car door magnets and appraisers can be identified by their yellow vests
and name tag identification. You can call the office to schedule an appointment if
you want to be present during the review or allow the appraisers access to your
property.

The appraisal district will be working with Harris Govern, the program
provider for the district and tax office to transfer some appraisal services
to their company for the 2020 year in preparation for use of the TNT
