VILLA I822 IN TAVARNELLE VAL DI PESA, CHIANTI, ITALY

Villa La Noce is an ancient country manor residence that dates back to 1400, located in a splendid

position, set in the beautiful Chianti hills amidst the vineyards and olive-tree groves. The present

owners, who live in a nearby farmhouse, have renovated the property with great care bringing it back to

its ancient splendour. Available to the guests are large and well-kept outdoor areas made up of a

courtyard equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining, lawns and a pretty swimming pool of 7x15m. A

tennis court is available and is located approx. 500 m from the house. The Chianti area is full of

medieval villages, castles, churches and monasteries and geographically positioned between Florence

and Siena, which can both be easily reached. Centuries of work have gently shaped the hills of this

region, considered the true heart of Tuscany. The classic itinerary for visiting the Chianti is probably

what is known as "Via Chiantigiana", a typical country road that links Florence and Siena. Do not miss

the Chianti Classico Market Exhibit in Greve in Chianti, which is held every year in September. The

house is equipped with satellite TV, broad-band connection, ceiling fans or fans in all the bedrooms. A

typical welcome dinner upon arrival is offered by the owners. Tidying up of the bedrooms and

bathrooms twice a week. Towel change once a week.GROUND FLOOR: entrance, dining-room with

the eaves with a ceiling height of 1.60-2.20 m (suitable for children or service personnel) with
