17 - 210Studies Directed Towards the Refinement of the PancratistatinCytotoxic Pharmacophore. — The preparation of the deoxy-analogue(VIIIb) of the anticancer/antiviral agent pancratistatin (VIIIa) containing func-tionality complementary to the minimum structural pharmacophore utilizing aDiels–Alder approach is described.
