11 - 184Diesters of Glycosylglycerols Active in Cancer Chemoprevention.— Enzymatic transesterification, mediated by Pseudomonas cepacia lipase(lipase PS), between the glycosyl glycerol (I) or the galactosyl glycerol (IV)and trifluoroethyl esters of fatty acid (II) leads to the diesters (III) or (V). Thein vitro inhibitory effects of these diesters on Epstein-Barr virus are discussed.— (COLOMBO, DIEGO; COMPOSTELLA, FEDERICA; RONCHETTI, FI-AMMA; SCALA, ANTONIO; TOKUDA, HARUKUNI; NISHINO, HOYOKU;Eur.
