Checklist of Required Documents
Note: You will have to upload documentation in four sections when creating the online application
EnvEuro Information Form
Upload theEnvEuro Information Form(for both EU/EEA and non-EU citizens) indicating
choice of home-host university, specialization and your signature.

Note: If you wish BOKU as your Home University you must send the original EnvEuro
Information Form with your signature by post to BOKU as soon as you have submitted the
application online.
Passport or personal ID and Curriculum Vitae
Copy of passport or national identity card . Should you have more than one passport
(citizenship) please copy the passport with which you will use to travel to Denmark. NB: You
must use your EU/EEA passport should you wish to be given a tuition fee waiver. Citizenship
must be on the ID-card to be accepted.
An updated version of your C.V.(curriculum vitae)/rsum. A photo is not necessary.
Basis for admission from further and higher education:
Copy of official first university degree. A copy of your Bachelor diploma. If you are yet toreceive your diploma, please provide a letter from your university stating the date when thediploma will be issued.
Copy of course transcripts. An original or copy of your academic transcript from yourBachelor degree.
Copy of English translation of transcripts. If the transcript is in a language other thanEnglish or a Scandinavian language, please include an official English translation.
Language requirements
Language test.Proof of English language proficiency (not applicable to native Englishspeakers from UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, USA, Antigua andBarbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts und Nevi, St. Lucia, St.Vincent, The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize and Guyana) 1) AcceptableTOEFL/IELTS/Cambridge Advanced exam results (these test results should be sent to usseparately from the test centre upon your request) OR2) Proof that English was the languageof instruction in your prior education in either Europe, US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Irelandor Australia. Motivational Letter
Motivational Letter. A short synopsis of your motivation for doing this course (min. 300words/max. 500 words). Your motivational letter will form a part of the overall evaluation ofyour application.
Credit Transfer (only for applicants to the University of Copenhagen)
For Applicants to the University of Copenhagen, for courses passed at the master level,documentation must be uploaded together with course descriptions for these courses for usewith credit transfer
