Entry RequirementsStudents applying for this skill set will need to show academic suitability. This can be done by:• providing a copy of a Certificate
III or higher level qualification in a community services related discipline, or;
• having skills equivalent to the qualification requirement validated through a recognition of prior learning process
IT Requirements:
Students require access to the following IT resources:
• A computer with a broadband internet connection and internet browser
• A word processing application • A spreadsheet application
Course DeliveryWith Jigsaw’s self-paced learning, you will be allocated a trainer who will be in regular contact and assist you through your studies. Trainers also hold frequent online interactive sessions with other students or individually for teachings, role plays and more.
You receive full access to your assessments online as well as additional readings, videos and more.
Your trainer is also available to answer any questions via email or telephone during office hours, including during the online classroom sessions.
