Chatot’s PokéPark Introduction

You’re pretty lucky to have found this book! I like lucky people, so I’ll share a few special hints with you about your upcoming adventure.

While fewer Pokémon than normal have visited the PokéPark recently, there are still many that come to play! Some like to play Chase, battle, or other Skill Games. Others like to enjoy Attractions such as Bulbasaur’s Daring Dash and Venusaur’s Vine Swing! There are lots of different games for you to play!

The PokéPark Is a Wonderful Place for Pokémon to Play!

There Are Many Different Zones!Take a look at the map at the beginning of this guide. You’ll see that the PokéPark is divided into eight Zones. Remember this map, and you can play wherever you want, all day long!

Is this your first time in the PokéPark? If it is, I can answer all the questions you have! Well, maybe not all of them... There are some things even I don’t know!

The PokéPark Entrance

When you’re running around, it’s important to keep an eye on the map! Your location is marked with a yellow arrow, which points in the direction you’re facing. If you think you’re lost, check the map!

Making the Most of the Map

The first thing you should do is run to where I am. Also, be sure to practice tackling! You’ll find that Berries are very important, so collect them. Oh, and you’ll need to master Dashing and jumping, too!

Practice Makes Perfect!

Catch Me If You Can!When the countdown finishes, “Go!” will appear. That’s when you should begin to run after me as fast as you can! When you win Skill Games, the Pokémon you defeat will become your friend or give you some Berries! If you want to enjoy the Attractions or get some training, you’ll have to pay for it with Berries. So, make sure to collect as many as you can!

Hey, Pikachu, you made it! now that you’re here in the Meadow Zone, I bet you just want to soak up the sun and enjoy the attractions as much as possible. am I right? I’m sorry to say, playing the attractions and visiting other Zones isn’t allowed at the moment! I wonder what we can do to fix that?

Meadow Zone

Chikorita has been caught secretly playing Bulbasaur’s Daring Dash! She has been taken to Venusaur! Pikachu, please help Chikorita!

In order to get permission to cross the bridge, you need your friend Turtwig to beat Bulbasaur’s Daring Dash for you. First, beat Turtwig in a Skill Game so that he becomes your friend. Then he can compete in the Attraction!

Mankey is blocking your way!He’ll let you pass if you beat him in a battle! Tackle him or hit him with Thunderbolt!

Soon after you enter the Meadow Zone, you’ll see Bulbasaur’s Daring Dash. You can’t play it yet, though! There are lots of

Pokémon that you can ask to play Attractions. Once they become your friends, they’ll appear for you to choose!

If you clear this Attraction, I’ll give you a Prism Piece! You’re collecting them, aren’t you, Pikachu?
