CIPD is one of the best learning experience I have ever had. It has a well-balanced mixture of theory, group discussions, knowledge sharing, and practical experience which helps HR practitioners to take defined decisions with a very solid ground to make the transformation that this program inspires. I believe that HR in Bahrain has elevated in terms of knowledge and capabilities, the next step is for HR practitioners to take the lead and earn the trust and confidence of their management by their actual involvement, contribution and considering them as a business partner.

Dana BukhammasDirector, Human Resources Zain Bahrain

I have enjoyed my CIPD Level 5 sessions with BIBF thoroughly!! It is not just the qualification aspect, but the important point is that the Level 5 programme enhanced my HR professionalism. The support and guidance extended by each and every faculty member was phenomenal. What appealed to me was the professional environment provided by the CIPD faculty at BIBF. It was an outstanding learning experience. I am proud to say that I incorporated key elements of my learning in my workplace. Networking with other HR professionals in the training sessions helped me gain better insights into the HR best practice. I am happy and proud that I am contributing to make the HR function in my company more effective.

Ayisha JamsheedGroup HR Manager, JAWAD BUSINESS GROUP

“BIBF has highly qualified facilitators who are not only experts in the HR field, but have great training and coaching skills as well. This contributed greatly to the success of the program. The learning that I obtained from the CIPD programme was very useful to me in my job.”
