The tradional method in Britain used a clamp. Spend a day in stunning Pishwanton Wood. A relict forest land that has been carefully studied and looked aſter for over 20 years following Goethean scienfic and biodynamic/organic principles. We will burning this wood following different processes. By the end of the course you will have learned how to make charcoal in a metal drum, have a good grasp of charcoal and have your own bag of charcoal for your barbecue. Costs : £60 (includes tuion, all materials and refreshments) £45 Concession if you bring a friend From 10am - 4pm Course suitable for people with special needs.
